From the initial quote and ideas to the advice and work put into it, we couldn't be happier with what John and Aiden have done for us.It was an absolute pleasure having them both at our house for 2 days. Both polite, professional, hard working and listening to our requirements all the time which made the overall experience enjoyable. Also keeping us informed of what they were doing constantly. I had a picture in my head and they created exactly that. 10 out of 10 service. They take pride in their work and should be proud of themselves!

The stove works well and both wood and coal burn equally well and last a considerable length of time. It's lovely to come home to a warm house. John and his team have been fantastic from the moment I got in touch about rebuilding my fireplace and replacing my old stove. John provided honest and professional advice and has been able to answer all of my questions about installation etc putting my mind at ease. I'm so happy with the end result. He has changed my old outdated fireplace in to something truly wonderful! My old inefficient stove has been replaced and now my living room is much cosier. The install process was easy and there was no mess left at all. They took care of every small detail. Will be recommending John to everyone!
